South Carolina Teacher Certification Reciprocity:For those of you who have a valid educator's certification from another state, you may be eligible for a South Carolina Teaching Certification through the reciprocity agreements of South Carolina.
The following are a list of requirements an out-of-state teacher, or someone who has completed their teacher preparation out-of-state, must satisfy before being qualified to apply for a South Carolina teaching certification.
