Reciprocity for Teachers in New Hampshire:
New Hampshire has signed the NASDTEC Interstate Contract; therefore, if you are from another state that has signed this contract, you are eligible to apply for a New Hampshire teaching certification through a reciprocity agreement.
- Receiving a teaching certification in New Hampshire

Complete the Initial New Hampshire Licensure Application Form.

You must have either completed a regular or alternative certification program, or, you must have taught 3 of the last 7 years.

You must have at least a Bachelor's Degree.

If applicable, you must provide a photocopy of your valid out-of-state teacher certification (front and back).

You must meet have documentation of meeting all basic academic skills standards of reading, writing, and mathematics.

You must provide Original Transcripts plus verification of institutional recommendation or an original letter of teaching verification from your school system.
- You will need to submit a fee of $130 for the Initial New Hampshire Certification application processing. Pay by check or money order made payable to the "State of New Hampshire".
