Renewing a Class 2 Standard Teaching Licence:

The following are acceptable combinations of college credit and OPI renewal units- 3 semester credites and 15 OPI renewal units
- 4 semester credits
- 4 quarter credits and 20 OPI renewal units
- 5 quarter credits and 10 OPI renewal units
- 6 quarter credits
You may also choose to apply for a Class 1 Professional Teaching License. The following are the requirements to advance your license:- You must either have completed a Master's degree or 30 graduate semester credits beyond a bachelor's degree in professional education or an endorsable teaching area.
- You must have successfully completed at least 3 years of teaching experience.
