Steps to becoming a teacher in Michigan:

Michigan offers a Temporary Teacher Employment Authorization (T2EA) to teachers who hold a valid out-of-state teaching certification. The teacher then is given one year to complete all MTTC testing requirements for issuance of a Michigan teaching certification.
