The following are the procedures for Florida Teacher Certification Renewal.


Florida Temporary Certification Renewal:
The temporary certification is valid for 3 years and is, in fact, non-renewable. In order to continue holding a Florida Teaching Certification, you must qualify and apply for a Professional Teaching Certification.


• Florida Professional Certification Renewal
• From your employing district, request an application form for certification renewal.
• If you are not presently employed, go to the website www.fldoe.org/edcert to apply for a renewal online. You can also print out a hard copy of form CG-10R. You will want to send the materials to the following address:
